COCOJO FAQs

What makes COCOJO different from other tanning oils and sprays?

Other brands sell chemical sludge in shiny bottles. We don’t. COCOJO is small-batch, hand-poured on LBI, NJ—just real oils, botanicals, and waters. No lab tricks. No fake fragrance. No crap.

Do COCOJO tanning oils contain SPF?

Nope. We don’t play the FDA game. Nature is the OG agency. Oils like coconut, black raspberry seed, and carrot seed give real protection: hydration, antioxidants, and skin support. Use your brain, respect the sun, and trust nature over bureaucracy.

Can I use COCOJO if I have sensitive skin?

Yes. We stripped out the usual villains—alcohol, synthetics, fillers. Our spritzes were made for my daughter’s skin, so if it’s good enough for her, it’s good enough for you. Still patch test if you’re nervous.

What’s the difference between Paradiso Glo and Beach Grease?

  • Paradiso Glo = luxury, shimmer, vacation vibes.

  • Beach Grease = raw, rugged, no-frills.
Same results: a deep, natural tan. Just choose your alter ego.

Are COCOJO products safe for daily use?

Every day. All day. Oils that feed your skin. Spritzes that refresh your face and your sheets. No warning labels needed.

What makes COCOJO face spritzes different from other mists?

Other mists = alcohol bombs that sting and dry you out.
Ours = alcohol-free, hydrating, soothing, and real. Skin drinks it up. Makeup actually sits better.

Why make a room and linen spritz?

Because “air fresheners” are usually poison in a can. We made one safe enough for pillows, strong enough for funk, clean enough for kids.

Do COCOJO products have preservatives?

No harsh stuff. Vitamin E keeps the oils stable. Spritzes are blended to stay clean without parabens, phthalates, or mystery stabilizers.

Where are COCOJO products made?

On Long Beach Island, NJ. Small-batch. Hand-poured. Every bottle comes straight from our studio, not a factory line.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. 100%. Plants only. No animals harmed—except the ones getting tans next to you.
